The panel is open to anyone who is an ACA student, past and present ICAEW member, family member, ICAEW staff and those who work within or support the chartered accountancy community.

caba's learning
We want to hear your thoughts and ideas to help us redevelop our learning support. Have you attended caba webinars? Why or why not? We want to hear what your preferences are and what makes a good (or bad) learning session. What do you think the benefits of learning can be for our community? We’ll also discuss new topics we’d like to build learning around, so please feel free to bring your ideas!
annual survey creation
At caba, we regularly survey our community to make sure we understand their needs and if our support feels right for them. We also want to know our community’s opinion of our brand and if we’re effective in communicating what we stand for.
In this session, we’ll look at questions we want to include in the future. We’ll ask you what you think we should be asking and how we can maximise our response rates.
quarterly community listening sessions
In these sessions, we will actively listen to your thoughts and experiences of caba so we can gain a deeper understanding of your concerns and needs - and those of the wider ICAEW community. The insights gathered during the sessions will be used to inform future actions and initiatives.
what happens next?
Keep an eye out for communications from us about upcoming opportunities. From surveys to focus groups, or interviews around improvement to our support services – there’s lots of things to get involved in. You don’t have to sign up, but we ask that if you do, you make every effort to come along to the session.
If you're in a panel session with others, we ask that you respect others’ opinions and share your honest thoughts, because every voice matters.

Our panel is open to anyone who is an ACA student, past and present ICAEW member, family member and ICAEW staff.
However, if you work with members of the ICAEW community but aren't a member yourself, we'd still like to hear from you. Any insight into the community is important to us!
I want to be involved but can't make the listed dates/times
We'll regularly schedule new events and opportunities so please keep looking out for emails from us. We’ll also send out surveys that you can take at any time, as and when suits you.
