what's this session about?

This session focuses on developing resilience—the ability to recover from adversity and stay composed during times of stress or challenge. Participants will explore techniques to strengthen their resilience, helping them navigate setbacks and difficulties more effectively, both at work and in their personal lives. By the end of the session, attendees will have practical tools to better manage pressure and change, leading to greater well-being and improved performance.
